Oracle appoints insiders Clay Magouyrk and Mike Sicilia as co-CEOs

(Reuters) -Cloud provider Oracle said on Monday it was appointing insiders Clay Magouyrk and Mike Sicilia to CEO roles, while current CEO Safra Catz has been appointed to serve as executive vice chair of the board.
