PostNL unveils 2028 strategy with focus on AI, e-commerce growth

(Reuters) -PostNL announced its new strategy on Wednesday at its Capital Markets Day, targeting a normalized EBIT of over 175 million euros ($208 million) by 2028, as part of its vision to drive sustainable growth and innovation.

The company plans to invest around 150 million euros annually from 2026 to enhance its tech and data capabilities, expand its out-of-home network, and split its parcels segment into e-commerce and platforms for more effective management and international growth, it said.
