SoftBank nears deal for data center investment firm DigitalBridge, Bloomberg News reports

Dec 29 (Reuters) – SoftBank ​is in ‌advanced talks ‌to acquire DigitalBridge, Bloomberg News ⁠reported ‌on Monday, citing people ‍familiar with the matter.

SoftBank could ​announce an ‌agreement as soon as Monday, the report ⁠said.

Reuters ​could ​not immediately verify the ‍report.
